Produce
Our production team work out of a 5,000 square foot facility which forms part of our office space. We are material experts and know the most effective materials to source and use for each project. We assemble, complete quality control and then kit on site.
We have a hi-tech workshop where the team develops prototypes and pre-build all displays with precision engineering. Quality and safety are our absolute priorities and we offer clients the opportunity to visit the warehouse to approve the pre build before it gets to store.
Install
We have a diverse team of retail engineers and installers working across the UK. These include skilled shop fitters, mass roll out display builders, to plug and play installers and merchandisers.
The team are SSIP accredited and have extensive knowledge, in-store experience and strong relationships with major retailers such as DixonsCarphone, John Lewis, WHSmith, Harrods and Selfridges.
The PLB database holds critical, exclusive detail on specific retailer fixtures and overarching guidelines which enables us to facilitate advanced planning and ensuring exceptional compliance.

At PLB, our primary objectives are to support retailers and brands to attract new customers, and to keep loyal shoppers coming back. Insight
We have nationwide and overseas teams of expert installers, field technicians and maintenance engineers who strive to achieve 100% compliance for every installation or maintenance visit that takes place. We have developed our own live system, OSCAR (Online Stock Control and Reporting), which allows us to track every detail of our projects and revolutionises inventory management. We hold granular detail for tens of thousands of stores allowing us to learn, evolve and provide robust recommendations to clients. The reporting capability of OSCAR is endless – reports can be customisable, it is fully scalable and we consciously future proof it to be able to grow with us and our clients.
Its user friendly interface allows clients to have direct access through a personal log-in, provides an easy to navigate dashboard ensuring quick interrogation of data. The secure and customisable user permissions also protect sensitive information. It gives complete confidence in quick and efficient installations, provides enhanced operational efficiency and live, insight driven reporting.
