Offer customers a ‘product related’ experience whilst waiting for their product to be serviced, and subsequently increase sales of premium flagship handsets.

Facilitated design sprint workshops to create ideas for unused space in store. Conducted rapid prototyping and small scale concept testing in a live environment.

Three different experiences – Entertain (create your own emoji), Energise (relaxation pods with gaming, music or meditation) and Educate (Instagram photography tutorials)

• Premium prototype execution fitting with the existing store look and feel
• Customer engagement was positive with 86% of interactions being rated 5/5
• Increased customer dwell time – on average 9 minutes
• Sales increase seen across mobile and accessories
