The task:

Vodafone Group engaged with PLB to run a 3-day Design Sprint to support Vodafone Ireland’s design and planning for the new Galway Flagship store.

Our journey:

We designed and executed a three-stage programme which answered critical business decisions through design and prototyping followed by testing ideas with customers:​

2 – Ideation ​
3 – Implementable action plans

What we’re proud of:

Maximising the time available to us, and getting full engagement and participation from the client to be able to come up with some very strong ideas. The process resulted in a new store format which is now live in Galway.
