The task:

In August 2021, PLB were appointed to fully manage the production, organisation, administration and facilitation of InMotion new travel retail stores in 29 airport sites across 6 months.  It has been a vast, complicated but great project to be leading – with circa 60 brand and supplier stakeholders!

Our journey:

This project has been a huge task for PLB and has at one point or another, touched everyone in the business.  We have initiated new processes, changed roles and responsibilities, reallocated resource, co-ordinated thousands of items of POS and created hundreds of innovative fixtures.  We are launching on average 1 store a week for 6 months!

What we’re proud of:

Co-ordinating the logistics of both PLB produced and brand produced fixtures, and the associated challenges of hundreds of products, security, artwork and tech – we are so proud of the success we have seen to date.  We have also established strong relationships with all stakeholders to the point where we are now working directly for several brands.
