The task:

The latest in our hero display executions on behalf of Samsung – we are briefed to create an experience to launch two of the new mobile devices.  The over-arching message was ‘Join the flip side’ – encouraging consumers to take that step into the world of a foldable device, whether that be the Flip or the Fold.

Our journey:

Taking the core framework from the previous hero execution and re-using it in line with our united sustainability focus, we then adapted the flooring and lighting and added various new design elements.  This evolved the space into something vibrant, engaging and experiential, to help with the storytelling of these fascinating new devices.

The left hand side of the fixture focuses on the innate selfie capability of the Flip device and highlights how it can be personalised with different accessories and colourways.  As well as offering customers the chance to take a selfie, we also created an area on the display to be able to edit and print these out.

On the right hand side of the fixture, we communicated the huge processing power and larger screen of the Fold device – with a link to the endless possibilities this could create for gamers.

The centre of the display reiterated the wider ecosystem and power of 4 products, demonstrating the connected story and how that can enhance your life.  We also introduced two deep dive sections – one for each hero product to showcase those important product stories.
